With only one week until the open house, the Prescott Passive House is really beginning to come together. This week saw the completion of our sidewalk and curb detail and a fully donated load of sod for the yard. The house is now fully hooked up to electricity, the cabinets are being installed inside and painting is coming to a close as well. On a smaller scale, caulking of exterior joints and window treatments is finishing up as well. The siding on the East (street-facing) facade also began this week and the steel stair leading to the porch has been installed. Besides good weather this week, Studio 804 has been blessed with the kindest of neighbors. Students toured neighbors through the house last Sunday after they so kindly offered some Prescott hospitality by sharing their front porch barbeque with us.
