Prescott Passive House
As the end of the semester approaches, work on the house is still moving full speed ahead. This week saw framing of all interior walls, the installation of most of the electrical wiring, the home's energy recovery ventilator and ductwork, along with most of the plumbing. A three inch layer of insulation began to go on the exterior of the house after plywood sheathing was completed this week as well. Studio 804 hopes to schedule a rough-in inspection within the next two weeks which inculdes framing, electrical, HVAC and plumbing. The portion of the stucco around the perimeter of the basement was also completed this week.
