On Friday we assembled our display boards for First Fridays in the Crossroad's District of Kansas City. We put together the frames on site and then loaded them individually on a trailer to transport them to four locations. We would like to thank Grinders, Hammerpress, Elements of Green, and Retro Inferno for allowing us to display in front of their establishments. We spent the evening talking with people interested in the development of our sustainable residence and sharing with them the integrated systems in our house that allow it to be off the grid. It was an opportunity for us to engage the community and share with them our passion for sustainable design and construction.
