We immediately went to work on framing the first floor for the house. Before we began laying out the joists for the floor frame we made sure that all areas were square and true. We sheathed the joist with plywood to create our structural deck for the floor. We are grateful to Pacific Woodtech and Panel Source International Inc. who have supplied us with all of the engineered and FSC lumber needed for the design.
